Returns & Cancellation Policy

At Nimbao, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If something isn't quite right, our return, exchange, and cancellation process is designed to be simple and transparent.

Key timeframes:
- Order cancellation or modification: Within 12 hours of order placement
- Defective, damaged, or incorrect items: Report within 3 business days of delivery
- Standard returns and exchanges: Within 90 days of delivery

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a refund or exchange, items must be returned in original condition: unused, unwashed, and undamaged, with all tags and packaging intact. Free from stains, odors, deodorant, perfume, or make-up marks. Returned with any accessories or bonus items originally included.

Exchanges

Contact us at team@nimbao.com within 90 days of delivery to request an exchange. Please include your order number and reason for exchange. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Once your return is approved and received, we will dispatch the replacement item.

Refunds

Submit your request by emailing team@nimbao.com within 90 days of delivery. All refunds are subject to quality inspection. A $7 restocking fee will apply if the returned item shows signs of use. Upon approval, refunds are issued to the original payment method or as store credit — your choice.

Final Sale Items

Products marked as "Final Sale" are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.

Order Modification & Cancellation

To modify or cancel an order, email team@nimbao.com within 12 hours of placing it. After this window, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations.

Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

Inspect your order upon delivery. If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact team@nimbao.com within 3 business days of receipt. We will assess the issue and arrange a replacement or correction at no extra cost to you.
