Order Processing

Please allow 1–3 business days for order processing before dispatch. Our shipping schedule runs Monday–Saturday (excluding public holidays). You'll receive an email confirmation once your order has shipped.

Delivery Estimates

Estimated transit times (after dispatch):
- United States: 7–15 business days
- International (selected destinations): 10–20 business days, depending on carrier, routes and customs processing

Shipping Address & Changes

Please double-check that your shipping details are complete and accurate before checkout. If you need to modify your shipping address, email team@nimbao.com within 1 hour of placing the order. PO Boxes are not supported by our carriers at this time.

Tracking

A tracking number is typically assigned within 1–3 business days after dispatch. You'll receive it via email.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International shipments may be subject to import duties, taxes, and fees once the package reaches the destination country. These charges are assessed by local customs authorities and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Delivery & Liability

Nimbao is responsible for shipping your order to the address provided at checkout. Risk of loss transfers to you once the package is marked delivered by the local carrier.

Undeliverable & Return-to-Sender

If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect address or failed delivery, we can reship to an updated address (additional postage may apply), or issue a refund minus original shipping costs.
